　A Φ5 spherical rotor is mounted on the tip of the instrument. The spherical rotor contains an image sensor, a lens, and an LED.

The drive system of the spherical rotor can be selected between manual and automatic. It has a function to follow the object even when the endoscope is in motion, providing high spatial stability.
